The Service, all AI Outputs, Generated Documents, knowledge-base content and all other materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that it is free of viruses or other harmful components.

AI Outputs are generated automatically using artificial-intelligence models and retrieval of knowledge-base material and your own files. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, fabricated ("hallucinated"), inconsistent between requests, or unsuitable for your situation, and may reflect errors in the files you supply. We do not verify AI Outputs and do not guarantee their accuracy, reliability, originality or legality. You must independently verify them before relying on them.

Nothing on the Service is, or should be treated as, medical, dermatological, trichological, nutritional, psychological, legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, employment, regulatory, safety or other professional advice, and no doctor-patient, lawyer-client, adviser-client or similar relationship is created. Do not use the Service to diagnose, treat or manage any health condition or to handle an emergency. Always consult an appropriately qualified and licensed professional before acting, especially where allergies, sensitivities, pre-existing conditions, pregnancy, medication, legal compliance or money are involved. If you experience a medical emergency, contact emergency services or a doctor immediately.

We do not guarantee any business, financial, legal, regulatory, reputational or other outcome from using the Service, including any level of income, profit, client volume, bookings, reviews, followers, search ranking, hiring success, compliance status, audit result or approval. Past examples, sample outputs and descriptions are illustrative only.

We are not responsible for the legality, accuracy or consent status of any Content you upload, including any third-party personal data in it. Analysis of your files depends on their quality, format and completeness and may miss, misread or misinterpret information. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of your Content and documents.

The Service relies on third-party AI models, hosting, payment gateways and other providers, and may display or link to third-party content, products, sites or advertisements. We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee or assume responsibility for any of them, and we are not a party to, and will not monitor, any transaction or dealing between you and any third party. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

We do not guarantee continuous availability of the Service or any particular AI model, feature or response time. We may suspend, modify or discontinue features at any time. While we apply reasonable safeguards, no system is completely secure, and we are not responsible for interruptions, delays, data loss, corruption, viruses, bugs, cyber-attacks or unauthorised access that occur despite reasonable safeguards, or for failures of internet, telecom, hosting, AI-provider or payment systems.

Features we introduce in future (including AI agents for social-media management or other automated tasks) may be experimental, may behave unpredictably, and will be subject to additional terms. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any content or action before it is published or taken in your name or on your accounts, unless the additional terms for a feature clearly say otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and all Protected Parties (VIXOM SYSCORP LLP and its present and former partners, designated partners, founders, owners, promoters, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors and service providers, and the VOCOOS and BOBBEE brands) assume no liability or responsibility for any of the following, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise:

• errors, omissions or inaccuracies in any AI Output, Generated Document or other content;
• any decision made, action taken or not taken, in reliance on the Service;
• financial loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, clients, reputation or opportunity;
• personal injury, illness, allergic reaction, damage to hair, skin, nails or property, or death, arising from any service, product, treatment or procedure;
• fines, penalties, claims, disputes, regulatory action or legal proceedings involving you, your clients, employees, customers, suppliers or authorities;
• any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or any personal or financial information stored on them, despite reasonable safeguards;
• interruption, suspension or termination of the Service, or any viruses, bugs, trojan horses or similar harmful code transmitted by third parties; or
• any other loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This section works together with, and does not replace, the Limitation of Liability, Protection of Protected Parties and Indemnification sections of the Terms of Service. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any statutory consumer right.

By using the Service you represent and warrant that your activities are lawful in every jurisdiction from which you access or use it, and that you will comply with all applicable laws relating to advertising, cosmetics and drugs, consumer protection, data protection, employment and professional licensing relevant to your use.
